Our newer car was in a small accident. We took our car there that we truly love . They went above & beyond in every way to make us feel comfortable & informed about our car. Everyone from Jerry to Scott to their receptionist was fantastic as was the workmanship on our car. My husband & I are delighted with them. I will recommend them to everyone

I was recommended to jerry rhynes collision from a coworker who has done business with them for years. I'm new to charlotte, so I took a chance on them with my insurance repairs. Absolutely the worst decision I could have made. I am in the automotive industry, I take pride in the work and repairs I out out. Obviously jerry rhynes collision does not.
