I usually do not let people work on my truck unless it is tires. On Friday December 27th, 2024 I was loading items in back of my truck and slid a piece of metal through my back slider window. I had damage on my Cadillac and through insurance they recommended CARSTAR Hub City Collision as their preferred Auto Body Repair. I am so incredible happy! They did an amazing job, were extremely friendly, patient with me and my questions. Thank you guys for fixing my car and getting it back to me safe and sound!
Hub City Collison has always done great work on any of the cars we have brought in, they will always go the extra mile to make sure you get taken care of. Even giving you a ride home if you need it. I’d recommend them to anyone needing any type of auto body repair big or small.
Great work. Went the extra mile and did terrific job. Most of the damage was behind what’s visible, so they showed me what they had to repair and did the work right rather than expediently. It would have been easy to do slipshod work without me knowing until it fell apart. They have worked on several family cars and are the only shop I use.
Appreciate the work that Carstar Hub City Collision put into repairing my car after our Deer incident and then their quick attendance to the post repair needs we had. Given the supply chain issues with parts, they provided good updates and kept me in the loop as to what was happening. Great team to work with.
