Recommendedjust moved to Hayden Idaho from Montana and hit a deer with my brand new Tacoma! These guys by far had the friendliest staff ever! They got my truck right in and had it fixed like brand new again in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend these guys 🥰👍🏻
Going to the body shop and dealing with insurance has never been a fun time after an accident, but a huge shoutout to the team at Carstar, they made it simple and even more importantly made my family feel safe and comfortable with the quality of repairs. I have had two cars fixed at Carstar Hayden, one was a major with the engine needing to be removed to make the repair. Everything was done perfectly the first time! Not a rattle or squeak afterwards! With two teenage daughters - I have a feeling I’ll will be back!!
When someone ran into my husband's truck, we got the absolute best service here! You can tell the whole crew really likes working there. They had great communication with use regarding the repair timeline! We would definitely go back to CarStar!
