Great experience from the moment I showed up for my preliminary meeting with Jason T. The store manager/owner was so helpful and guided myself and the wife through the whole repair process which was very nice. We picked up our vehicle and were really impressed with the quality of workmanship and the updates we received along the way. I took my truck to Carstar for a small dent at the back driver side of my truck and had to bring it back 3 times to have the bumper realigned and now I have a spot looks like they hit the bottom corner of the cab with the truck bed when taking it off or reinstalling and just covered it up cause now I have paint bubbling and it looks like there was a dent they tried to hide
I had a wonderful experience with Car star Guelph Especially Jason T was so helpful.
I love how the staff was very friendly, the manger even came and spoke to me even though they were very busy. He walked me through everything and didn’t wast my time, I was in and out very fast, and I love how the treated my car with care. I love how my car looks now!
