My partner was very happy with her experience at this location when it came to her vehicle. The GM Jason, was great explaining the process from start to finish and was happy to assist with any additional questions that we may have during or after the process. His professionalism speaks for itself. Highly recommending to family and friends!!
Big thanks to the team at Carstar Guelph for taking care of my car repair. Hopefully, I won’t need to come back anytime soon, but if I do, I know this is the place to go!
I had a horrid experience dealing with Carstar Guelph. They took 2 months to repair my car and then left me with 0 gas in my car. Not just low but 0. General Manager was rude and blamed everyone else except his service for the delay which cost me $3800 in car rental. I called repeatedly to find out the progress. All I got was “so I’m late. Big deal. Enjoy your rental”. He said it was my fault there was no gas in the car as the gas light came on when it was dropped off. That would have given them 60km before it hit 0.
