NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. I had my insurance repairs done & picked up my vehicle on May 18th & was told my insurance waived my deductible when I tried to pay it which I thought great!!! Now over 4 weeks later they tell me I owe it after all & oops sorry for their miscommunication. This is ridiculous... normal business practices means you don't tell a customer over 4 weeks later you owe us money at all.
Misty at the front desk was very professional and kind . Gave me a full explanation of the service that they provided me .
Although I have had multiple cars repaired at Carstar in the past, they went above and beyond yesterday. Alex was very helpful and fixed some minor damage after my SUV was hit in the parking lot of a highschool. Not only did I not have an appt and he fixed it on the spot, but he wouldn't charge me for the repair. Super grateful for their help!
