After my accident I chose car star Guelph. From the minute I walked into the office Misty was absolutely amazing; everything was explained thoroughly. The shop guys were just as amazing getting my car in quickly and explaining the process/time frame. Overall so glad in such a time of uncertainty the CarStar Guelph team made sure I was looked after! 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs honest, hardworking and friendly faces!
NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. I had my insurance repairs done & picked up my vehicle on May 18th & was told my insurance waived my deductible when I tried to pay it which I thought great!!! Now over 4 weeks later they tell me I owe it after all & oops sorry for their miscommunication. This is ridiculous... normal business practices means you don't tell a customer over 4 weeks later you owe us money at all.
