Our brand new 2017 Explorer was tee boned at only 4 weeks old with 1300 miles on it. The damage was pretty extensive, almost $25,000. Both right doors, quarter panel, fender, wheels, tires, 3 air bags deployed......you get the idea. I was very skeptical that it could be repaired to a sound state especially since it was literally brand new. From day 1 of dealing with Carstar I knew I was in good hands, the staff was extremely helpful with keeping me up to date with repairs on my vehicle. When we went to go pick our vehicle they drove it around and I could have sworn it was a brand new vehicle, they went above and beyond my expectations, extremely professional service and repairs, top notch quality! My car was crushed, front and back. Carstar of Roselle have a staff of pros working for them. My car came back looking better than new. Great, honest work in a timely fashion. I compared several of the surrounding body shops and made my decision based on the reviews they had. Carstar had good reviews and they were right.
