My husband was in a minor fender bender that disabled his vehicle. We called Carstar Flagstaff and WOW. Service was amazing, they responded to questions, kept us up to date on the repair, found the impossible parts (our jeep is older) and took care of everything and got it back to us 4 days before the promised date. Loved everything about the experience.
Matt has done a fantastic job for me on 4 separate occasions. The work was perfect. The customer service was great. Matt Frederick went above and beyond to help me with quotes on my niece's car when he was super busy! He made it happen! BRAVO CARSTAR!
