The staff are courteous and the quality of the work is good, but my experience has been pretty poor. They started repairs without verifying that they had the correct parts for my vehicle, and only realized after they started that they hadn't received the correct part from the supplier. That part is on back order, but they can't finish the job without it, and as a result my car is not waterproof.
