Recommendedi stopped in at car star because i wanted a professional to look at some light scratches on the hood on my new truck. the man looked it over then got a small buffer & some compound & carefully removed the scratches. he did a great job & they did not charge me anything. very professional service. i hope i never need a collision repair shop but if i do i feel safe about bring my truck to CARSTAR. thank you for your outstanding service.

Excellent customer service, frequently updated us on the status. Even performed an alignment and full detail.
It is convenience for my location and they do a very good job.
The work looks great they did to my door and cab corners but they could have cleaned the over spray off the windows and inside better. Just called them and they told me to bring it back in and they will clean it.
All staff was very friendly and the paperwork went smoothly. Rob was great. He located a bumper for my old Vibe and the repairs were completed quickly; only took two days. He even had some scratches fixed on the quarter panel. Car looks like new.
