mom's car My mother's car had been crushed in the front & they did not think it was going to be able to be fixed. They did an excellent job & replaced the whole front end & all the parts. They also painted it to match the rest of the car. Yeah they take a little long but I would rather it be done right than messed all up. We still have the car today & it's been at least 5 years or longer. Very happy with the work done. excellent job guys & Thank you.
Family run buisiness with a poor attitude and bad service We went here on the recommendation of a friend, and later found out there was something in it for him. The work was ok I guess, but they took WAY too long, and in speaking with my insurance company I understand that they are difficult to work with and try to overcharge, and that can result in a delay in getting a car fixed. Fast Repairs While visiting in McAllen TX, I was in a car accident. A family member suggested I go to Collision Specialists to get it fixed. I was expecting for this to delay my trip, as the auto repairs would be timely. Though, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff was super helpful and promised my car at an early date. I recieved my car repaired back to new and I was on my way home! Stand up shop!
Great shop! I was referred to Collision Specialists in McAllen by my insurance agent after I was in a car accident and needed alot of repairs. Collision Specialists really have a great facility, and their customer service is above. I felt really taken care of, and had satisfaction knowing that their repairs are guaranteed. The whole front of my car had to be replaced, and when I got my car back it looked awesome!
Great Job! I choose Collision specialists because they had such good reviews online instead of taking my Honda elsewhere on insurance reccommendation. They really do live up to their reviews online, my car came back looking better than before the collision! The staff is very friendly and helpful, this is a very professionally run business. I definately reccommend Joe and his staff to anyone who needs an auto body repair in McAllen!
A good body shop This is a good body shop, the staff is very helpful & friendly. Very nice facility. The shop is really clean. The work with your insurance company well & get the job done in a timely matter. I think they also have rental cars available, if you don't have rental coverage thru your insurance.
The best in customer satisfaction When I had my accident, I thought my car would never be the same again. Then I took my car to LAKESIDE COLLISION CARSTAR. John ( the manager) was the best most helpful person in the world. He just took over, my rental car my repairs everything was taken care of instantly. I didn't even have to call for a rental, John just picked up the phone and Enterprise Rental car picked me up right there in fifteen minutes. Talk about making the best out of the worst situation ever. THANKS!
Bighley Auto Body is GREAT Don't go to any other body shop in the St Paul area. These guys are really good and very fair in pricing. My 2000 Mercury Sable was hit-and-run in January but Mike and his crew made it look as good as new last week. The loaner car was in good condition too. My Mercury was returned to me clean and spotless. Thank you so much!!
The Best Shop Ever! A while back, I went to Century Ave Collision for a damage estimate to my car, I was referred by my insurance company. Not only did the staff treat me poorly, they treated me like I was an idiot who didn't know anything about cars because I'm female and a senior. Unimpressed with my experience, I went down the street to Bighley Auto Body, a family owned body shop. Their staff was courteous and amazing.
