Was told the minor damage to my truck would be a week and they pre-order parts ahead of my appointment to drop off the vehicle. Two weeks later; i have been told on three different occasions "they" forgot to send a part and, "they"sent the wrong part. I thinking this is their go to line - blame the other guy. How about "we" ordered the wrong part, w "we" forgot to order a part. Better to promise and low and deliver high.
Wow! What a great experience! The team at Gerber in Lebanon is top notch. My repairs look terrific and it was great to pick up a clean car after this messy weather. Thank you so much for a job well done! I highly recommend them for your body work needs!!
I picked my van up today and it was repaired beautifully, I was so happy with the result, and everyone was so very nice. They even swept it out. It’s a great place to get your vehicle repaired
Repaired my daughters 2016 Kia Soul. They did an excellent job in a timely fashion and even handled the rental car for us! Car was washed and spotless at pickup! Highly recommended.
