I took my car to Chilton after being rear-ended in an accident. A few days later, I picked it up, and I was impressed by the results—the car was thoroughly washed, and the paint on the replaced rear bumper matched perfectly. The front desk staff were all friendly, and I especially want to thank Staccy for consistently following up during my car repair.

I took my car to Chilton 2 days after Thanksgiving (someone hit me as I was parked). Chilton took the pictures and told us to have the third party’s insurance send Chilton the assignment# so Chilton can start working on my car. Once that arrived, they were on top of things and had my car ready within a month. They took good care of the vehicle and ensured that the paint matched the body and all issues were fixed.
