Robert M. is a professional, reassuring, helpful individual. From the moment I called Chilton and spoke with him regarding my Prius catalytic converter being stolen around late December, 2024, I sensed his calm assurance and had confidence that this was, finally, the best shop to get my car's stolen parts replaced. He is efficient, informative, and returned my calls promptly. He told me they would get the parts in a day or 2 and then install them. He is an exceptional professional.

Sandy is great with customer service and kept me up on what was happening when and Robert walked me through what needed to be done to repair my car and why.
