Took an extra week to fix my front end and after I finally got it back the fog light that was listed as tested and functioning properly doesn't even work!! The receptionist Jodie was great except after I called to let them know about my fog light I haven't heard back. That was two weeks ago! Ughhh....
Friendly and supportive people. Great service. They worked directly with my insurance, taking the stress off of me. The team went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.
All staff were friendly and took the time to go through the agreement and went over features in the car. Very happy with the service.
Although parts were delayed for a while which was out of the teams control, I was kept informed through every stage of the repair, super friendly service and explained everything every step of the way, and in the end returned my vehicle in new condition again. Highly recommend.
The shop is not transparent in the repairs and eta . I was told they received parts for the repair and after that they called me to drop my car for repair and was told it will be done within 5 business days it’s been 6-7 days still they are saying it might take around June 17 if parts were ready to put on what is taking so long after all . It was only my insurance companies preferred repair shop that I went otherwise I wouldn’t go at this place . Not trustworthy
