Disappointed that I dropped my car off clean on the inside with a back left bumper damage and received it most dirty on the inside … don’t understand why my doors or trunk or windows would have been left opened when all the work was on the outside back bumper … the amount of dirt and dust from the garage and whatever they were doing was crazy!! Was it left out in the open? In a construction zone with windows and doors open? Layer of dirt on my seats and arm rests and all!! So if that is what you want to do then clean it spot... read more
Very friendly staff and quick service
My husband brought my car in to inquire about fixing a couple of scratches. They offered to look at it and quickly fixed it free of charge! Other places said they would have to take the whole door off in order to fix it without it being noticeable however with the method that they use here I can’t even tell where the scratches were and it was completed within minutes! We will be recommending this place to others, great service!
Thanks to all of Autobahn CARSTAR Barrie's front & back end staff! My vehicle looks fantastic inside & out. Staff were very friendly (Jody & Rhonda) & there was great communication throughout the process. Nickalye (Estimator)went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my vehicle(including touch ups)!! I highly recommend this repair centre & give it a 5++ .
