Exceptional service from SV CARSTAR & SJ CARSTAR — had to deal with a rear-ended bumper repair, and working with Alfonso was a breeze. He was communicative and timely in getting my car repaired. Highly recommend their bodyshop services.
I had a Tesla model Y that got rear ended. I called few Tesla recommended body shop around my home. Almost all of them had have similar answers. However this body shop has a tie up with Geico and I thought it will be easier to manage when the body shop can work with Geico as well. They did keep me on the loop constantly and gave frequent updates. My car damage was quite significant so Geico considered the car as total loss. I cannot comment on their workmen shop or the quality of the work of the car would have got repaired. ... read more

It was easytake an appointment and to contact them with any questions. They kept me informed on the progress and finished the work as scheduled. The body work itself was very good. They provided Uner to and from the rental car location. All the folks I worked with were friendly and pleasant to work with. Overall, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend them if a need arises.
