My car’s side panel and bumper were damaged in a hit-and-run—no witnesses, no nearby cams. I love my car and named it after my grandmother. But the folks at CARSTAR took excellent care of her, from stem to stern. Work was completed almost a week before estimated, and the cost was a sweet surprise. The finished work was *chef’s kiss*. Customer service is superb.
Cary, NC location on Chapel Hill Road. Great experience with the manager Jason. After two other body shops barely looked at my rocker panel damage, and then discouraged me from having it fixed, Jason looked and fixed in half a day. This is a shop that thoroughly understands a customer service approach. Thanks Jason!
Getting in a wreck and dealing with insurance absolutely sucks. CARSTAR was absolutely incredible in their communication and service. I had not dealt with a wreck repair before, and Cathy their front desk person was a God send walking me through what to tell insurance, how to book a rental, and every other question I had. I certainly hope to not be in a situation like that again, but if it happens to myself or loved ones, the only place I’ll go or recommend is CARSTAR in Cary.
