Truly Professional – I have been bringing several vehicles to Danny & the boys at Pro Auto for years. I find doing business with them a pleasure. They are always fair when it comes to my time & money. As a small business owner, I value personal relationships with my vendors. Very Shoddy Work – I don't know much about cars...but I know when I pay for a service...I expect the service to be completed. They basically half-a$$ed a fix, then wanted to charge me again to fix the originally problem. Very shaddy...and very shoddy work. Drive down the road about 1/2 mile to find some better work.

PRO AUTO CARE < NOT SO PRO – PROAUTO NOT so PRO I have a bad experience With Pro-Auto on sheldon rd....They are not so PRO...They Scammed the insurance Company. They received over $2300 from car Body repair. and the car looked great. took it home and noticed the Check engine light was on called then that same day and they said that it was not related to the body work (BS) Then they told me that they can do a test . so they did..$114 later the insurance said that it was not related to the accident...So I was out $114. later 2... read more

Honesty is NOT their policy – Prices change between whom you talk with; they rarely call when your vehicle is completed; "other" things may be repaired (or suspect) on your vehicle even though they were fine when they arrived. We had problems with this service center in the past and reluctantly decided to try them again - it was a huge mistake. The reasons we left before are the same we will never return to them.
