I have no idea how this place is considered MOPAR Certified. I brought my 2018 Ram in for damage to my driver side door, and their estimator wanted to fix it the cheap way...using heat. FCA (Fiat Chrysler) states that heat is NOT to be used to repair their body panels. Google it. I sure did. I knew this guy was a hack when he says “I’ve been in the business 30 years...blah blah blah” and just wanted me to trust his cheap methods. I hit a deer going 40 on the passenger front side. CARSTAR Arnold took care of everything from setting up my rental and driving me to pick it up, all the way through to turning in the rental for me. I received regular texts and call updates every couple of days to let me know the repair was still on track. Every question I had, they had an answer for.
