Jerry the supervisor is unprofessional. Always has an attitude. I've only taken my vehicles here due to my insurance. It's never done right the first time. They clearly only want their check from the insurance. Do not recommend this shop AT ALL. Avoid at all costs. Last time receptionists were rude as well. Terrible staffing, terrible customer service, they will never update you and you constantly have to be nagging to get a simple update. From the moment I had to drop off my car to just leaving the rental there on pickup day...(all on schedule might I add), effortless and informed. I really appreciated the status text messages.Carstar provides, flawless work and excellent matching skills. As well as, personable & concerned staff. Thank you so much for caring and little more.
