I got rear ended and needed collision work done. Carstar handled and coordinated absolutely everything (insurance payments, rental car drop off and pick up, etc). All I had to do was drop off and pick up my vehicle when it was ready. I was in and out in 5 minutes both times. Also fixed my vehicle like new. Highly recommended.
Carstar gets that 5 star review from us. They streamlined the drop off process and made it a breeze to get our SUV all fixed up. Can’t even tell there was ever any damage there. Very convenient location and not a single negative issue what so ever. They certainly are a great partner with my Insurance Company. Truly a Company you can trust.
$15000 repair and I can see filler thru a crack in the paint. Another part is separating and the hood only closes when you slam it. Almost like they didn't inspect it before they told me it was done. 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. The kicker was they didnt even wipe most of the wax off my mirrors. Think twice maybe 3 times before bringing your vehicle here to have work done. The gentleman that gave me my keys and took pictures before I left was even amazed.
