Ordered a headstone 7/09 have not received our product yet. They have actually called and asked for more money to speed things up eventhough the cntract reads 50% down. We have had no response from the company as to when product will be in. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
In August 2008 Carst Monuments was contracted and paid in full to engrave my mother’s headstone. It is now January 2010 and the job has not been completed. I’ve contacted Carst Monuments numerous times and have received assurances and promises that the engraving would be done . However, that has not been the case. I have also requested a refund of payment but was absolutely refused. As a result I have found Carst Monuments to be both unprofessional and unethical in their business practices. This gentleman went above and beyond to help us pick out what we wanted. He actually met our family out at the cemetery to help locate some of our ancestors graves and gave us a very reasonable price for the monument we picked out. I don't think anyone else would have done that much for us
