We had Carson's Q cater our wedding and it was an 100% an amazing choice. Ron was so great to deal with and responded immediately by email plus they were so lovely on our wedding day. They were able to accommodate celiac and vegan guests. Everyone raved about the food - my personal favourites were the corn bread, pulled pork and mashed potatoes (seriously, what do they do to those potatoes?!) but I would get everything again.
Huge portions, the brisket burger was great. Highly recommend!
We had Carson's Q catering at a wedding we attended this spring and it was by far the best meal I've ever had at a wedding! Smoked brisket was so tender and flavourful, and the garlic mashed potatoes and dill pickle coleslaw were so, so good! We will be booking them for our wedding next spring and cannot wait!
