My wife called this place last week to make an appointment for today about some homes they had for rent. She spoke to some one named Jessica. We were running late so so she called to let them know when you behind no one picked up. So we get there my wife said she hello we spoke to someone named Jessica to see a place. Living here feels very akin to being in a pre-school setting. Friend groups change every other day and if you happen to be spotted by the mean girls, watch your back. Management feeds into all of the tattling and choosing favorites. Maybe if you miss school, this is the place to be. If you don't have time for pettiness and drama, I'd advise reconsidering this as an option.
I was very surprised to hear that I was selected for July 2024 yard of the month. I rented this cute mobile home in June 2023. The Carson’s community is great. Very quiet and I have great neighbors. Everyone here is very friendly. When you have any maintenance issues at all, they are normally taken care of within a very short period of time. One thing that I’m not used to are the high utilities.
