We tried Carson's Back Porch this time. We described it as "Swanky". Nice ambiance. Perfect setting for date night or girls night out! I had the "swanky" corn dog lol....I couldn't resist. It was tasty!
We had a really good time at Carson’s the other night!! Our server was Dane and he was very friendly and fast with everything. The food was VERY good and the portion sizes are incredibly generous. The ribs, while they look like they’ll be super messy, they’re so incredibly tender the bones come off completely clean. I was able to commit a cardinal rib sin and eat them with a fork to maintain my dignity!! The steak was cooked to an absolutely PERFECT rare. And the sides were phenomenal.
