Absolutely AWFUL customer service and very very rude manager! John was very RUDE with zero sympathy. If you look at google there are endless bad reviews. I would rather pay more or drive farther to deal with someone else then ever dealing with these people again. I had a great experience with uhaul in Michigan and this place is a absolute joke. I wont be using uhaul in general again after this horrible experience.
Three days in a row We’ve gone to uhaul to purchase moving supplies. The customer service gradually got worse each day. Day one, it was all men working and they were great! They welcomed us when we came In the door, asked if we needed help, gave recommendations and helped us out to our truck. NOTE: they were really busy with other customers in the shop. Recommendedwow!! this auto place is HONEST!! brought my car in and they saved me hundreds!! I found this place because of all the good recommendations on The Neighborhood App, and Yelp. its very clean, they follow social distancing and wear masks... 👏👏👏😍
They gave us a truck and the breaks and stirring went out 10 minutes down the road then made us get ahold of a 1800 number to get road side service. After 35 minutes final got threw just to be told roadside will not be here for 90 minutes.
Multiple employees were not wearing masks at all or wearing masks incorrectly dangling off their faces. U-Haul does not seem to care about state and county mandates or public health and safety. Very disappointed.
Don’t recommend them at all! Called to see if could get inspection that afternoon and was told yes no problem. Called them back that afternoon to confirm and was told no problem come on in. Drove the vehicle there and was told couldn’t do inspections. Wasted whole day and now have to wait to get in somewhere else. Not licensed yet so didn’t want to drive it too much. They quit carrying the oil for my car for one thing and then today they informed my husband that they will not do the military discount for him any more. You just lost a customer for that one. we won't be back.
this uhaul in particular in marrero la, the employees stole money off of my card, discriminated and harassed me. do not go here
