RecommendedI am a client and I must say the service and the staff is awesome. The office is on alternate hours because of COVID-19. I needed a copy of my prescription because my last pair of glasses broke. I did text the emergency number they provide when you call the office. I got a response right away from Jennifer. Jennifer went above and way beyond to make sure I got a copy of my prescription quickly. I think I will stay with this office for a while.

I was very disappointed today. Located the business because I lost a contact last night and needed Sunday morning service from a company that could provide same-day. They don't take walk-ins. Explained that I was driving and would have to travel and work on a single contact lens and advised that I would be paying cash. The "Supervisor" said no exceptions. I have been a patient over 10+ years. I just got new larger frames..I have gotten some many compliments on my glasses. they really suit my personality..! Thank you for listening and getting larger frames!!
The doctors are really good and the staff is very pleasant and professional. I had an issue with my glasses and they took care of it for me right on the spot
Great people
Carson vision is the most unprofessional office setting I've encountered in a long while. Rowena has a quick tongue and literally will cut you off mid sentence. Alex I'm assuming is new and has 0 customer service skills. They all tell you different things pertaining to your insurance as most of them are not able to interpret from a chart or have a clear understanding in how to relay said information to the customer.
