I purchased a dual axle flatbed trailer on August 3rd, the tail lamps didn't work, the mechanic said he fixed the wiring problem, the left side still doesn't work, in less then 60 days the boards warped, the boards weren't screwed down, I call the store and am told no wood is covered, I explain it's due to workmanship, I am told to put in some screws myself otherwise they will charge me to do it. Bought a 16 foot dove tail from them almost a year ago. Price was right and the customer service was exceptional. Couple months ago I had a board split right at a knot in the board, called em up for a repair, had me in and out same day. Also replaced a lens cover and bulb from a mishap where I ran outta talent. 10/10 best pricing on sales & repairs and just an all around great group of guys. They have my business as well as recommendation to all family and friends. Thanks again guys! 🤘
Great guys, 2 of my wheels came off my triaxle boat trailer heading back to LA. Left the boat w them on a Sunday.. They took care of it, picked up following week w/o issues, glad I found them. Great service and fair price..
Had my trailer repaired and they quoted one price and then charged an additional $ 125 when we picked it up.
