The heavy set (obese)lady at the front desk was very confrontational from the start. First she looked at us and stood up asked, who needed to be seen, I said, my boyfriend. She asked for ID and insurance, I said, he didn't have id on him but he's been here before. She said, he could not be seen. I asked, if she could look him up in the system, she refused. The Clinic at Walmart is by far the best in the region. The nurse practitioners are outstanding! They are caring, thorough, and take the time to explain the illness, treatment, and preventative care. I've gone several times and taken my elderly father here once. The APRN examining him went above and beyond, providing excellent care for my father. I must also mention the convenience! When they say their lunch is an hour it’s actually 2hrs just waited and no one even showed up. Like hire ppl that want to work ?????
