I came to the Mallory Center for detox. I have been to other facilities, and I feel that this was definitely the best detox center I have been to. I recommend this for anyone. The doctors and staff are helpful and they really care.

Worst emergency room service. When admitted they do not address your problem, they just run tests for other things. My husband was there for heart failure and they never addressed that at all. The emergency room is worse. Would never recommend this hospital after what me and my husband went through. Take the time to go to Renown in Reno.

In my experience over several years there is a great deal of staff turnover. Be aware of this! In my first year with Medicare, I was advised I had to have a covered Medicare Wellness visit. Because my doctor/RN/APRN (I don't recall the exact title) had left the practice, I had to see a different caregiver. A year later...yes, a year...I get a bill for the visit. This so called Doctor did three surgeries on my leg within a week and they all failed and complicated my condition seriously!…….as in life threatening………..very scary……… He is arrogant and a obvious narcissist!!!! He has zero bedside manner!!!! Add that to his obvious lack of surgical abilities……spare yourself and find someone else for your surgical needs. I was very lucky and found a “REAL VASCULAR SURGEON “…..out of Nevada who was able to correct the mess Dr. Halow did and my leg is no longer in jeopardy………..

Absolutely the worst doctor experience I have ever had. I have never left a doctor review. Will not go into details. After 5-10 minutes I left the office shaking. Less I say the better.

This is the worst hospital I have ever been to in my life and I am not young. I laid in the emergency room hallway for 8 hours and was refused any water or liquid. They did give me pain pills for my broken femur but did not hook me up to any monitor or anything because they had no open rooms. 8 hours. Then the day nurses, night time nurses were wonderful, but daytime nurses gave me, unprescribed!, Benadryl in addition to the prescribed Narco. I could have died. After insurance deduction, an appointment for antibiotics due to a bad cold cost me more than $450! Billing Made NO SENSE. When I asked what the charges on my bill were for, the accounting office was unable to explain them to me. All I was told is that each individual doctor makes up his or her own pricing.
