Wonderful care. Took me a little bit to get in, but not more than three weeks as a new patient. Good, follow up and no problem with prescriptions. Front staff was friendly and accommodating. No complaints!
01/24/24. I called in to ask that a message be given to my P.A. Spoke with a Luzette (spelling?). She was extremely rude, kept asking questions, and when I tried to answer, she would cut me off. She then hung up on me. I called back to try to finish my message, and she was even more rude and again cut me off and hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend keeping her in the front office as she had no customer service skills.
