This facility leaves a lot to be desired, especially competent medical providers, but sadly isn't that the case in all of NV? Do NOT recommend.

Very confusing with two separate companies right next to each other with very similar names. I'm not sure who was there first, but one of them should be suing. Also, this is not Urgent Care, and they don't offer that information. The doctor gave instructions first, then the nurse said something completely different. They didn't call in the prescription at all untill we called them. Lastly, they gave a referral that couldn't help. Do yourself a huge favor and go next door to the actual Urgent Care. They are great over there.
Everyone from the moment I arrived until I left were Compassionate, Kind and Professional. Definitely recommend for Urgent Care needs.
I walked in today, Bleeding after crashing my scooter and they wouldn't take me. Since I'm technically 17, they wouldn't take me without my parents present. I was bleeding, sobbing, my hands are shaking. And they just say "nah, wait over there" I get there are rules, but this is just wrong! I'm bleeding onto your tile flooring! Help me! Your doctors, that how that shit works, right?!
