CTEP billing is an absolute nightmare.
Received excellent care.
I loved the ER physician at Minden ER on 10/29/2025!! He was so kind to me when I perforated my duodenum. The CT was done quickly and I was taken to CTH via ambulance. I can’t remember the physician’s name, yet he and his team worked quickly and got me taken care of!!! A+ rating in my book :). I worked there years ago as an RN and know the ER very well!
The medical staff (doctor, nurses, etc) inside were very polite, helpful, and friendly. The outside help (admittance desk) not so much, thus the 3-stars. There was nobody there to help me move my mom to a wheelchair, no empathy, no conern.
The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and safe.
