Went to get labs they proceeded to take people who came after me and were walk-ins as well as myself! I went and got my paperwork work back and told them I will be taking my services somewhere else! I rather drive all the way to Carson before I deal with total disrespect.

Absolutely. Appalled by the staff and the Doctor at this facility. I go in to be seen about infections. NSTDs they let me know they can't help me with S. T. Ds, fine, I'll go to the community health service. Treat me for the infection in my ears nose and chest And look at A few sores. Just so they can hand me two vaginal swabs SO THAT I CAN SWAB MY CERVIX ON MY OWN WITH OUT PPE IN THE BATHROOM OVER THE TOILET. BUT FAIL TO LOOK AT ME FOR THE INFECTIONS.
