My friend bought a vehicle here a few months ago and have had nonstop problems since the day she drove it off the lot. When she tried reaching out multiple times to discuss options, she was either ignored or yelled at and hung up on. They did not honor their word or stand by the agreement made at the time of purchase. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This dealership takes advantage of people and sells cars that are not reliable. Beware before buying from them!
Carson Service Center has worked on my truck twice now and both times the service was excellent. They’re professional, honest, and get the job done right. I appreciate their clear communication and fair pricing. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
I don’t recommend this guy for machine work. The guy doesn’t stand behind his bad work! Save your time and money and go somewhere .
If I could give zero stars I would. Payed this guy over 600 dollars to go over a cylinder head and fix whatever the issue was Stated needed valve guides which was the reason coolant was getting into the cylinder. Said cylinder head was ready made me pay and then two days later head was barely getting worked on. Put it all back together and cylinder head continued to leak coolant into cylinder from the valve guides.
