Extremely Poor Customer Service & Zero Compassion There is a reason this office has 2 stars on Google and Yelp. If you are in pain, have an infection, or need an emergency visit, do not expect to be accommodated--not same day, not even the same week. Their lack of urgency and compassion is alarming. I was pregnant, had an infection, and urgently needed medication. Dr. Rodeffer forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy. Dr. Rodefor has the ability to listen and understand my concern and help me find the best options, he’s very good at explaining and understanding me.
Dr. Rodeffer is the best OB I have ever met in my life. He is a God send. Kindest guy ever. He makes you feel so comfortable and heard. 10/10 recommend.
My daughter recently suffered a partial miscarriage, with her first ever pregnancy. Dr. Rodeffer was on call and literally was heaven sent. Never in all my 61 years of life have I come in contact with a doctor like this. He truly was heaven sent, 100%. The circumstances that brought us to the E.R. we’re horrible but I knew when he walked in the room, that he was hand picked from God above.
