Terrible!!! I am 71 years old and lived at Carson Retirement Sarah Street Townhomes for almost two years. Firstly, I wasn't told about the many resident inspections on signing the lease until I had lived there for two weeks to three months. I had to pull it out of management. Secondly, if you enjoy washing yourself and bathing don't move there! I had over 11 maintenance men and two of their own plumbers come into my home to look at the water heater and plumbing which would only give me hot water for five minutes then it went... read more
