Carsons pest control will not go up into an attic to remove a rat. I had a rat in my attic. In a 3 week period Carsons was sent out by my Condo association to get rid of the rat. Carsons tech, Dale set 2 rat traps in the attic (next to the opening) and checked them weekly with no success in catching anything. Of coarse my association paid them for each trip. I clearly do not know what these three are talking about,they sound like competitors of Carson. Carson has an excellent reputation throughout the Tampa Bay Area. They have done so much for this community and charities in the area. Their service is guaranteed and have received the business of the year award along with many other awards. They have serviced my home for the past twelve years and always with professionalism, a smile, at a very fair price. I definately disagree with the these three people. We recently changed from another local pest company to Carson; the sales rep/tech who came to my house for the quote was very polite and professional. He has since been to my home once or twice a week working on getting the ants under control. There is no charge for additional visits; the service is set up as an annual contract, and there is never any additional charge. What I understood from reading the contract, they make no offer of repayment if you are dissatisfied with the service. However, Im not worried about that. Af... read more
