I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived. The salon was clean and bright. My nails turned out perfect. I'll be back.
when asked what length I wanted, she continued to cut without my answer. Cutting my thumb completely sideways. They are very bumpy not smooth out not what I wanted and when I asked for her to fix them, she ignored me and told me I was all good when I had called them and asked for a refund, they told me they would fix them. I told them I already got them fixed and want my money back because they are not what I wanted and she continued to be rude and say that’s not what they do and then hung up on me. I am very impressed with the service. The salon is clean and comfortable. My nails look perfect. Highly recommended.
I feel bad to leave a one star because I have been going here for couple of years now but 3 days ago I had the worse nail job. I got a new person to do my nails and she was rushing, upselling and just bad at doing nails. My manicure lacked any clean up and my pedicure ( the luxury) didn’t get me a massage of a nice scrub. She offered to do hard gel on my hands because “ they will last longer”, well guess what, they are already falling off. The gel is all lifted up at the roots and one nail has fallen off already. Had two bad experiences here, I thought I’d give them a second try after my first bad experience but I just got a deluxe pedicure since I hadn’t gotten my feet done in a while; she did not trim any of my dead skin off my toes or heels that I thought came with that deluxe option, just rubbed some lavender stuff on my legs and called it good, my polish is absolutely horrible and it’s on my skin and looks like it’s ready to peel off and it hasn’t even been 24 hours.
