I usually come in as a walk in and I have always been seen right away. I'm not usually a nail salon "regular" but I've been going faithfully now for about 3 months. It has always been a great experience with attentive staff. I don't get anything fancy- just solid gel polish. I love the array of color options. It is always clean and doesn't have too harsh of a chemical smell. Other places in town have given me grief about not having an appointment. The technicians are true professionals. They know exactly how to shape and polish nails beautifully. My experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I’ll recommend this salon to all my friends.

If I could give negative I 100% would!!! Rude workers, they have talked about me multiple times in very bad ways then look at me, they hurry if they have someone in lobby trying to be the first to take them and always do a sloppy job. This place really only cares about money. Charge 5$ more for "medium" nails (pretty short). Really bad place. The nails are always lumpy and they have made me bleed multiple times. This salon always treats me with kindness and respect. They listen to my requests and never rush me. The results are always flawless. That’s why I keep coming back.

The service here is top-notch every single time. I’ve never felt rushed or ignored by the staff. They put so much effort into making my nails look perfect. I will keep coming back for sure.
