We recently purchased a house from Coventry and after 2 months we are seeing a lot of issues, most of the issues we have to solve it on our own even though the builder promises 1 year warranty. We expected the realtor to do some research on the builder prior to closing as we saw many negative google reviews on the same but we trusted and moved ahead.
