DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! THERE ARE OTHER BETTER MOBILE PARKS!! Doreen the PARK MANAGER is the reason why. SHE HASN'T BEEN WEARING A MASK IN THIS PANDEMIC!! SHE IS A KAREN!! The manager is a very racist and stupid woman 😡 we were 7 years living there and she ran us alone because my son drove to high school he dared to take photos without our consent since he is a minor, it seems that one lives in a Jail in that parking lot, she won't let her do anything, the kids can't even go out to play, she just walks behind people like she's a police officer, worse than a police officer, she doesn't qualify anyone so you can sell them their truck. check until the time they go to the bathroom 😡😡 the rules ... read more

Hello All, I am a visitor here at this mobile home park. Do not even attempt to purchase/rent, etc. The management is banal and poorly trained. The lady does not know how to communicate on a human level. She is terrible at her job, and does not know how to interact with people. I prodigiously recommend not even meeting Doreen-- she will disrespect you due to her power struggle. Unfortunately she is not a decent being. She will watch your every step, but not efficiently do her job.
