Worst care provider I have ever done business with. They scheduled me an apt in Reno knowing I live in Dayton. I agreed and unfortunately traffic and map circumstances made me late. I was TWO minutes past the grace period and they would not see me. The apts are so far out that I would not be see until May and it is currently March. I cannot believe this facility does not care about its patients so much they are willing to risk someone’s health for two minutes.
I love my doctor here. Dr. Starr is so understanding and kind. She really takes the time to listen and discuss my care. I highly recommend her to all my friends.
I just called this office to ask some questions about potentially switching over from my current OBGYN. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. From her first sentence on the phone I felt unwelcome. She started building a chart right away when all I wanted to do was ask a couple questions. If I could rate this office zero stars, I would. The office is like an ant farm, making it exceedingly challenging to obtain an appointment with a doctor. I believe that all of the doctors are relatively new to their roles and lack the necessary experience and knowledge to effectively treat patients. My daughter developed a cough on a Thursday evening, and we scheduled an appointment for that following Monday. Dr and staff are kind & knowledgeable. Two members of our family are patients and we have never waited more than 10 minutes to be checked in or to see the dr. It is so nice to work with a practice that values my time and health!
