McLane has served our family through the loss of our 15 year old son, Johnny Longmire, in 2003, and most recently both of my parents, Bob and Sue Collins, within 9 months of one another. I can attest that our experience was nothing short of 100% professional. compassionate, spiritual. Funerals and loss of loved ones is traumatic. These wonderful people, friends, have gone far above and beyond!
When we walked in the door several staff members greeted us and asked us if we had been waited on, everyone was very courteous. Mike Bledsoe helped us while making arrangements for my Mom. He was so caring, helpful, and patient with us. He made a very emotional time bearable for us and we appreciate him. They also did a great job preparing my Mom, she looked really good.
