Hands down it’s better places out there
Always enjoy going in for appt.
I’d give this office a 5 star except that their timing and scheduling are off. Wait times are up to an HOUR. I don’t have any that time to waste. Other than that, the physicians are absolutely awesome. Dr Ho is the best.
First time visiting for first time contact lens consultation. After paying for visit through insurance you also have to pay for fitting and consultation.. The doctor, Dr Chung could not assist with helping or guiding on how to place the contact lens. She didn't smile or greet me. It was just a bad experience in all. I'm pretty unhappy. No one there smiles...at allll
I do not recommend this Office for eye needs! I am a new patient there and things went wrong from the start. The person that did they eye tests mixed up the tests and the Eye Doctor had to re-test me to continue. I am the primary insured and they are calling my wife when she is a beneficiary NOT the Primary member!! Forget about even trying to call them at 310-532-2622, because most of the time NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!!!!
