Very unprofessional experience. I called to follow up on my partner’s eyeglasses and first spoke with Stephanie, who disconnected the call. After that, I called multiple times and no one answered, and I never received a call back. I later spoke with Rosemarie, who informed me that the eyeglasses were not processed properly and that we now have to wait several more weeks.
