[Updated, in Sept 2025] We did our will this time, started from initial contact with Ryan and Lisa set up , with Matt, and then closed by Sandi. All went smoothly and very happy with the whole process: (1) like the use of a portal for entering the initial data, very efficient. Only hope the portal can store and allow us to update, just for the future updating work; (2) Matt has been very helpful, guiding us thru and pointing out something we didn't consider initially.
