Dr Fairbanks was very informative and open to discussing other options besides surgery. He listened to myself and my husband’s concerns.
The doctor was very personable and knowledgeable. He relieved our concerns about my spine and has got us on a plan that we all can live with and are comfortable with all in all. It was a very successful and good experience. And in my own words, they were Johnny on the spot. I had a problem with the physical therapy and insurance, and it was fixed in an hour. And I agree with all the stuff that the robot wrote for me above this.
Dr. Fairbanks is a highly knowledgeable physician who provided a comprehensive explanation of my condition and available treatment options. His personable approach is greatly appreciated, and I intend to continue utilizing his services in the future.
Gannon was efficient and friendly while taking the X-rays. Rachael was very nice and knowledgeable in explaining results of X-rays. She gave me home exercises that hopefully will strengthen my spine and prevent or delay further problems. Very easy to talk to.
