Carson and the other folks at Bobcat were very proactive in listing our property for rent and quickly found us very qualified tenants!
I moved out here a couple years ago and this is really my first time renting. Compared to other property management I've talked to in this search, they've been very helpful and patient with me. Lots of new things to learn, but so far all my questions have been answered. We'll see it goes as I've never dealt with a rental company before, and I'm sure I'll learn everything there is to know.
