I called the parts dept to see if I could order an IPOD cable for my 08 Scion. Scion has an actual port that allows you to plug your IPOD in and have your playlists show up on your radio as well as be able to adjust on your steering wheel. When Mike in parts took my call he was very pleasant and helpful found the part and not only that since he was coming to my area today ( I live 25 plus miles away) he offered to meet me at a local business so I could have it in time for my daughters Christmas present! I should have known better when Joseph (Joe) Alferez hung up on me after I told him another dealer got me a better price on a Tundra I was looking at. I decided to get a Tacoma instead and shopped it around. I got a quote from Thompson's Toyota down in Placerville for $35,600 and asked Joe if he could meet or beat that price. He said he could.
