I successfully sued this business. They agreed to install a motor bought from a company, with a warranty. They let it sit. Outside. The motor had to be put in within 72 hours of delivery, or the warranty was voided. They let it sit for months. Never communicated. I would go by and check on it and get some bullshit every time. Then they go to install it finally and it’s seized! Imagine that! Dude agreed to take it apart and rebuild. Then I hear nothing, for over a year! Then I sued, and won.
