Booked appointment to test drive. The car is booked and moved to another showroom already. We went for nothing and get recommended other cars. Should have inform customer earlier so not need to go. Carsome even called me to confirm and the customer service at branch also whatapps. But at the end, all seems in vain.
For those want sell car and make appointments, please park outside. Don't follow their signboard. and all staff seen like rude and unprofessional. And listed price before appointments is for fun. Don't trust. Their service drop so much since my last selling on 2020. Wouldn't use their service anymore.thanks
