Appointment set at 10.30am, start inspecting my car at 11.30am. I can accept 15-30 minutes delay, but 1 hour? What is the use of your fancy online appointment system? The waiting area has a water dispenser, but zero cups. Do you expect me to drink straight from the nozzle?
